If you are reading this, you are one of the smart ones doing their homework ahead of time. Save your money. VPI has a stable of attorneys willing to do and say anything to save the company a buck. I wasn't so proactive in my research. They can cancel you at will, they will 'lose' faxed medical records and ask you for more information over and over again, delaying what you THINK is your reimbursement. They ultimately do not care at all for any creature other than themselves. Read the other reviews...there is absolutely no value in VPI. When my cat go sick, they simply canceled and
their contracts allow them to do so. After all, it's a business. I am
forced to give them a 'one-star' rating as a 'zero-star' rating isn't possible.
Oh, and my wonderful cat, she ended up dying. Thanks VPI.
